FlowPDF Service Adjustment Terms

Welcome to FlowPDF. These Service Adjustment Terms outline how we modify, update, or discontinue features of the application while ensuring transparency and fairness to our users.
By continuing to use FlowPDF, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, you may discontinue using the application.
1. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to:
Add, modify, or remove features (e.g., OCR capabilities, export format support, editing tools).
Adjust subscription plans, pricing, or free-tier offerings.
Discontinue certain features for operational, technical, or legal reasons.
Note: Significant changes that affect your core usage of the app will be communicated through:
In-app notifications
Updates on the App Store (or other platform) listing
Email notifications to subscribed users
2. User Data and Privacy
No Unauthorized Access: Your privacy is paramount. All file processing (including OCR, conversion, and editing) is performed locally on your device unless you explicitly opt-in to a cloud-based feature (e.g., cloud backup or sync).
No Data Retention: Uninstalling the FlowPDF application will erase all associated files and data stored locally on your device.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless turned off in your device's Account Settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Refunds: All payments and refunds are processed by the app store (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store) and are subject to their respective terms and policies. We cannot process refunds directly.
Price Changes: Users will be notified in advance of any subscription fee adjustments, as required by the app store platforms.
4. Service Discontinuation
In the event that the FlowPDF application is permanently discontinued:
Active subscribers will be notified immediately and refunded any unused portion of their subscription, where applicable and in accordance with platform policies.
Users will retain access to purchased features until the end of their current billing cycle.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for backing up important files before processing, converting, or deleting them using FlowPDF.
You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the application’s minimum system requirements for optimal performance.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
Data loss due to user error, device failure, or accidental deletion.
Service interruptions or issues caused by third-party services (e.g., Apple iCloud, Google Drive, internet service providers).
Compatibility issues arising from operating system updates that are not yet supported by the application.
